Lemon on a Spoon Race ~ Outdoor Games for Kids

 

1. For the Lemon on a Spoon Race, you'll need some regular-sized stainless steel or plastic spoons and some Lemons.
2. The Lemon should be slightly larger than the spoon to make balancing a little tricky. You will also need to establish a start line and a goal line. 
3. Everyone should  balance a lemon on their spoon and when the whistle blows, they must make it to the goal line and back without dropping their Lemon. The one who come  back first, is the winner.
4. This game can be played and enjoyed by anyone kids or big people also.
5. You can also play this game with a potato !!!

Tug of war ~ Outdoor games for school age kids

 
Tug of war also known as , rope war, rope pulling, or tugging war is a sport that has two teams against each other .Tug of War is a fun pastime for kids of all ages to play. There are many variations, but here is the basic game.

Instructions :-

Get a rope, preferably nylon braided to prevent breaking down of rope.
Draw a line on the ground in the middle.That is the line you want to pull the other players or team across. 
Each side must have an equal amount of players, and it does not matter the physical strength or ability.
The object of Tug-of-War is to pull the other player or team across the center line. To do this, you must use a rope and pull against one another until they come across the line in any way.
The first team that gets the other team across their side of the line wins.
